Our Story

Founded almost twenty years ago, The Liberty Restaurant Group is a family-owned collection of neighborhood restaurants rooted in Arlington, Virginia. Led by the Fedorchak and Normile families, our group was built on the belief that restaurants should be places where people feel welcome, connected, and at home.

Arlington isn’t just where we do business—it’s where we’ve raised our families, formed lifelong relationships, and grown alongside the community we serve. Each of our restaurants reflects that connection, offering thoughtful food, genuine hospitality, and spaces designed for gathering, celebrating, and everyday moments alike.
